It is a patented product, all production technology rights are under Invac machinery patent. It cannot be copied. Automatic vacuuming system can be used for vacuum packaging of 5 kg – 25 kg products.
Because is an open system, the nozzle works with air intake system. Plastic bags are placed on the moulds carried from the conveyor system to the filling unit. The bag to be selected must be in accordance with the product structure and vacuum negative pressure to be applied. Optionally, products that will be damaged in sunlight can be protected by using aluminum-doped foil bags. The products in the mold moving on the conveyor with the help of the sensors are kept in the vibration section for the desired time, allowing them to settle well in the bag. The products that pass the vibration process automatically come to the front of the vacuuming unit. The system here waits for the vacuuming of the previous mold to finish. When the vacuum packing and sealing process of the previous mold is finished, the next mold enters into the vacuum unit and the air is taken in the package by means of nozzle air absorbers. In sensitive products, protective gas can be added optionally to the bag. In the ongoing process, vacuum process and sealed moulded bags are automatically transferred to the robot via conveyor belts. The Robot takes the vacuum bag inside the mold and transfers it to the stacking unit. This whole process continues cyclically very quickly and practically. The system reduces manpower to the lowest level, leaving the inspection and follow-up process to the production personnel.
The system is ideal for large businesses with serial production. It provides a continuous and safe manufacturing cycle in the busy work tempo of the enterprises.
Not suitable for powder products. It is used for granular products such as legumes, nuts, meat, dairy products, dry foods.
